BARISTA MAGAZINE

Welcome to the June + July 2025 issue of Barista Magazine! We’re excited to share our newest issue with you. We’ve packed it with compelling features, educational articles, in-depth interviews, and much more.

From articles on infused coffees and why they’re controversial to the announcement of a new service tech collective, we have newsworthy articles to keep you informed about what’s going on in specialty coffee. We also have practical stories to help professional baristas in their daily work, including an in-depth look at pouring lattes with plant milks as opposed to dairy and how a volatile C-market affects coffee retailers. And of course, we have interviews with notable people in coffee like our “One on One“ with Jenna Gotthelf and our cover subject, Dara Santana, who’s doing wonders with water with her new business in Madrid, Spain.

You can subscribe through our online store to get a hard copy print version of the magazine mailed to you. Or you can read it for free with our digital edition here.

From her home in New York, Jenna Gotthelf of Counter Culture Coffee has traveled the country educating people about coffee at different classes in different cities, rolling up miles like a veteran basketball player. We learn all about her in this interview.
